Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions with a counselor to explore your problems and develop an individualized plan for achieving your goals. Group Therapy

Group therapy consists of a counselor facilitating discussions with several participants presenting a similar set of problems such as social anxiety, post-partum depression, etc. You don’t have to be alone in your journey of healing and growth. Sometimes, hearing the story of others in your position can be empowering and encouraging to make changes.

Group therapy helps people develop communication and socialization skills, along with learning how to communicate their needs and wants and accept criticism from others.
